Each process begins with an application to ensure we are the right fit for you.

Option A — In-Person House & Land Clearing — From £777

Eva and Claire come to your space together. This is a ceremonial process held on site : a minimum of half a day, up to a full day depending on the scope of the work.

The process includes:

- Application questionnaire to assess fit

- Zoom consultation with both Eva & Claire where you share your wishes, challenges and desires about the space

- Preparatory shamanic journeys by both of us, independently

- Arrival in your space : orientation and listening to the story of the place

- Clearing ritual (house and/or land, as appropriate)

- Blessing ritual : anchoring future harmony and relationship

- Inclusion of residents where appropriate and consented

- Aftercare calls at one week and one month after the session

Investment:

- From £777 for a half-day on site, including preparation and aftercare call. - Full-day work: £1,500+, depending on scope, travel and complexity.

- Travel expenses (petrol or train) are reimbursed separately.

We ask that all adult members of the household consent to the clearing and blessing before we begin.

Option B — Alchemy Space Consultation — Online — £333

This is a consultancy, not an on-site ceremonial intervention.

Clients often choose the online consultation to gain clarity, understanding, and a practical ritual pathway, without needing us to be physically present.

For you if:

- You live far away from the UK

- You want clarity before committing to deeper work

- You sense something is off but don't need or want on-site work

Includes:

- 75–90 min Zoom intake with both Eva & Claire

- Separate shamanic journeys by Eva & Claire, plus a written synthesis

- One client-led ritual plan for you to carry out in your space

- 30-min follow-up call within 2–3 weeks

Option C — Deep Remote Clearing + Blessing — £444–£555

Everything in the Online Consultation, plus a stronger ceremonial container : for spaces that feel particularly charged, have a complex history, or need more than one round of journeying to fully clear.

The preparation and presence required for this work is significant.

When we say yes to a client, we commit fully and so we are selective about who we work with.

We work in co-creation with you as the owner or steward of your home and land, always. This is your space, not ours.

- We only begin work when all adult members of the household have given their full and informed consent.

- We do not impose interpretations, use fear-based language, or inflate the severity of what we find.

- We do not claim to "fix" people or places : our role is to support the restoration of right relationship, with respect for human agency and the spirit of place.
